Remedial Massage uses a mixture of massage techniques including soft tissue release, deep tissue work and trigger point therapy along with other techniques to actively relieve any issues that you have. Whether this is easing the stress of daily life or alleviating an ongoing pain/injury; the massage will be tailor made for you. Helping you feel more relaxed. A consultation at the beginning of your session will be used to work out the best plan of action for you.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic drainage is a delicate form of massage that
stimulates the body’s lymphatic system, improving the
metabolism, helping the body to eliminate waste and toxins and providing a boost to the immune system. This can be beneficial for people who feel their system is a little "sluggish" or are suffering with swelling from an injury/post operative.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, I am not qualified to work with symptoms due to current cancer treatment. If you have finished treatment, I can work with you. I am also not trained to offer treatments following any type of liposuction.
NB: Do you think your swelling could be due to surgery/scars? If so then we can incorporate scarwork into your session.
